~ Vendors register on form below. Early bird discount: register and pay by Feb 17th and get $5 off. Set up must be complete by 9:30 am and vehicles in parking area.
~ Cowboys: Books open at 12, Starts at 1 pm Jackpot format, $40/person, Western attire.
~ Youth Barrel Racing 10 - Noon. Barrel Racers register at the bottom of this page.
~ Family Fun! $5/person, $1/child (kids must stay with parent)
~ Kiddie Ride, Dunking booth, Balloon animals, Craft activity for kids, Cake walk, Moon bounce, BBQ & waffle cone chicken, Vendors, Pony rides, & more!

Please complete the form to apply for a vendor space (12'x12') at our Rodeo. A complete list will be emailed on Apr 17th, as well as given to vendors on Apr 26th.

~ By 9:30 am, set up must be complete & vehicle moved (see parking attendant). Vendors may not tear down before 4 pm.
~ This is a family event. Work and individual conduct must be respectful, good, and kind. Alcohol and other mind altering substances are not allowed.
~ Vendors may not compete with The Gap Home concessions (request a complete list from here)
~ A Vendor Assistant & Parking Attendant will be available all morning of the Rodeo to answer questions.
~ Generators are not allowed, if you need electricity, request and pay for electricity. Battery operated appliances are permitted.

Art Contest
for Youth
Sign up here to enter the Youth Art Contest. The theme this year is Life in Pearl River River County.
· Turn in artwork 4:30-6:30 Sat, Apr 19, ‘25 Java Café 104 E Magnolia Poplarville (old Feed & Seed). Art media sized 5”x7” to 22”x28”, depth limit 24”.
· See contest rules and additional details below.
· There will be three age groups of winners: K-3rd, 4th-7th, 8th-12th grades, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places for qualifying art in each group.
· Artists must be present 7-7:30 pm Sat, Apr 26, '25 at awards dinner in storm shelter with parent/guardian to receive prizes or awards.
Art Contest Rules
This competition is to reward excellence.

All rights to be transferred by entrants to the competition.

Jurors evaluating the pieces of art are Tiffany Wale and Jill Stegall. No juror or employee of The Gap Home is eligible to enter this youth art competition.

All submitted artwork becomes the property of The Gap Home and may or may not be used for promotional purposes, fundraising, and other means of benefiting The Gap Home.

For the first round, reproductions (possibly photos or videos) of existing work will be used to judge appropriateness of style, technique and proficiency. This round will end with a list of finalists. Art from this round will not to be returned. Only art not accepted into the competition will be returned to the artist.

This year there will be no hanging or exhibition fees paid for by entrants. The only fee is the entry fee listed on the application at TheGapHome.org.

After the first round, the jury may request original art for review.

Artwork will not be altered in any way without the express permission of the artist.

All entries and rights to the artwork are considered a donation to The Gap Home, Inc., a registered charitable organization in the state of Mississippi and 501(c)(3) with the IRS.

The Board of Directors of The Gap Home and evaluating jurors will determine acceptance or rejection of artwork entry, and notification will be sent by April 25th midnight via the email listed on the application that was filled in at TheGapHome.org.

Qualifying artists in grades K-3rd, 4th-7th, and 8th-12th will be eligible for awards and prizes as follows: Each age category with qualifying art will receive 1st place personalized award certificate and $25 gift certificate, 2nd place personalized award certificate and $15 gift certificate, and 3rd place personalized award certificate.

Any artists’ work that’s late or not within the requirements (size, suitability, appropriate subject matter, etc.) will be disqualified. All rights to disqualified artwork remain with the artist.

This competition is sponsored by a non-profit organization and the accepted entries are used for nonprofit purposes. Credit will always accompany images of the artwork.
Antique Car Show
